Once again we are working the four-star Sheraton Houston Brookhollow Hotel. We have worked hard with the great people at the Sheraton to bring you yet another great Fechtschule America deal including not only an unbelievable $85/night rate but free breakfast as well!

For those flying into Houston there are two airport options, Bush International Airport and Hobby International.

Transportation to and from the airport will be provided by the event hosts on a limited basis.  The first seventy five registered attendees only will be guaranteed airport transportation so book early to reserve your spot!  Airport transportation will only be available between the late-afternoon/evening of Thursday, March 14th until the evening of Monday, March 18th.  Sadly, we cannot arrange odd-hour (middle of the night) transportation so please consider this when booking your flights. These shuttles will mainly service Bush International Airport so, if possible, try to use that airport.

After you have secured your hotel reservations and registered for the event you will need to contact This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with your flight details to be scheduled for airport pickup.


Shuttle drivers will be volunteers so we would like to suggest that each person consider tipping the drivers. (Suggested tip: $10.  Normal price in a taxi: $40-50)

Taxi's are readily available at the airport for those wishing personal service.




Starting at 7:00 am on Friday and 8:00 am on Saturday and Sunday, shuttles will ferry event guests staying at the hotel to and from the event site. Shuttles will leave approximately every 20 minutes until 30 minutes after the schedule begins. After this time guests will be required to find their own transportation to the site.

At the end of the day shuttles will again ferry passengers back to the hotel.
